🎭 This year we are celebrating a special jubilee — the 100th anniversary of the Stefan Jaracz Amateur City Theatre in Otwock! On this occasion, we invite all residents to celebrate together one hundred years of theatrical history, passion and emotion. As part of the jubilee celebrations, we have prepared a series of free performances, because we want to celebrate this unique jubilee together with you!

“Don Giovanni” is the premiere performance of the newly formed theater group operating at the Stefan Jaracz Theater. Although the band has only been around for a few months, it takes on the ambitious challenge of facing one of the most famous works of world culture.

The play is based on Lorenzo da Pontego's libretto for Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's opera, inspired by the legend of Don Juan — the incorrigible seducer from Seville. This is the story of a man who lives without rules, plays with the feelings of others and suffers no consequences... until time.

On the stage, passions and emotions are intertwined: love, jealousy, revenge and lust. The story of Don Giovanni is not only a story about seduction, but also about morality, choices and their inevitable consequences. Dynamic action, expressive characters and a timeless theme make the show relevant and moving even today.

It is a theatrical interpretation of the classics performed by a young team who, with passion and commitment, faces the legend of one of the most fascinating characters in the history of art.
