The play “Do you know who lives under the eight?”

Apparently, a moment before death, we are shown a video with the most important moments of our lives. And if so, who installs it? And does anyone get prizes for it?

The latest proposal of the group W Kaczych Butach is a funny and touching story about love, death and moments worth living for. Sometimes these moments are elevated, like the birth of a child, and sometimes completely frivolous, like marital frolics on a ski slope. This is how this life intertwines, constantly combining opposing emotions with each other - much like “Do you know who lives under the eight.”

The staging is the stage premiere of Szymon Jachimek's play, which in 2021 won the 1st Prize in the WFDiF Competition and the Association of Authors ZAiKS for a dramatic piece for the Teatroteka.

Tickets for this event are also available as part of the Gdynia My City card. Tickets can be picked up directly at the ticket office of the Consulate of Culture (25 Jana z Kolna Street), as the purchase requires scanning the resident's card in the system.
