The play “The Good Party”

Is it possible to start life anew when the past still does not allow you to forget yourself?

After the death of his beloved wife, Judge Christopher Osgood, nicknamed Toffik by his friends, is unable to find himself in the new reality. Every day reminds him of Carolina's absence, and everyday life, once so well known, turns out to be surprisingly difficult. However, when his friend Marcus decides to take matters into his own hands, Toffik's life begins to take an unexpected turn.

This time, heart and reason will not go hand in hand. Judge Osgood will have to face cases that cannot be resolved by law alone.

The Polish premiere of Rosemary Friedman's play, performed by the Miejska Grupa Teatralna, is a humorous and moving story about loss, loneliness and courage to reopen oneself to another person.
