What happened at the National Fairy Tale Library? Why did all the books fall off the shelves one night? And who made the oldest and most valuable book in the entire Library disappear? “On the Trail of a Lost Tale” is a show full of humor and adventure that takes young viewers into the extraordinary world of books, stimulates the imagination and encourages them to discover Polish children's literature.

There is an annual remanent in the National Fairy Tale Library. The three cheerful Book Moles — Bookmark, Syllabinka and Versik — write down, count, review and check the status of all books every year. Everything goes on as usual, until one day they receive a mysterious, anonymous phone call. Soon things happen that no one can explain. A tangle of strange events leads to the initiation of an investigation during which the protagonists are waiting for unusual encounters, unexpected events and characters from the poems of Julian Tuwim, Jan Brzechwa and Maria Konopnicka.

Can the Bookworm find the missing book? Who is behind the mysterious events? And will the children in the audience help the heroes unravel the riddle?

Together with Bookmark, Syllabinka and Versik, set out on the trail of the lost story!
