Sleeping Beauty

The audience loved ballet on our stage, so already on March 6 we invite young and old to a unique meeting with one of the most beautiful fairy tales in the history of ballet — “Sleeping Beauty” to the extraordinary music of Piotr Tchaikovsky.

The Royal Classical Ballet under the direction of Marcin Rolczyński will take viewers into the world of royal manors, enchanted gardens, mysterious fairies and great love. The story of Princess Aurora, on whom the evil fairy Carabosse casts a curse, has delighted subsequent generations for generations. On her birthday, Aurora cripples herself with a spindle and falls into a deep sleep. With her, the entire palace falls asleep — until courage, good and true love prove stronger than evil magic.

A timeless fairy tale will come to life on stage, in which classical choreography, the beauty of ballet movement, spectacular costumes and Tchaikovsky's music create a show full of emotions and theatrical magic. There will be subtle, lyrical scenes as well as spectacular solo parts and elaborate ensemble layouts.

“Sleeping Beauty” is a story about love that can overcome time and destiny. It is also a unique opportunity to live together — with family, children, friends or a loved one — an evening full of beauty, emotions and fairytale charm.

On March 6, let's meet at Cavatina Hall and let us be transported to a world where any fairy tale can end happily. We invite young and old to a beautiful experience and an extraordinary love story told in the language of ballet.
