toy cars, boats, seating mats

The Ye'kwana live in the Amazon rainforest. The girls show you how to weave hammocks. The children from Papua New Guinea tie a seat mat and build a toy car. What did you build yourself recently? What would you like to be able to do yourself?

The children learned how to make films in workshops in their home towns. We are showing the short films at the Humboldt Forum in a cinematic experience that allows you to participate in the lives of the children. A presenter will guide you through the afternoon.

We will be showing the films with German voices. Check out the exhibitions on the 2nd floor to see if you can find them.
