Industrial pioneers SPK have re-emerged after 40 years of touring! Catch the legends who revolutionized extreme music at the Flea on November 10.

SPK is widely recognized for being a foundational band for the industrial genre. Formed in Sydney by Graeme Revell and Neil Hill, the band has since helped redefine what is possible with an experimental sound with their combination of electronic music, noise, rituals, performance art and political provocation. It has created an artistic legacy that still has a great influence on industrial, electronic and extreme music today.

Now almost classic albums such as 'Overload Unit', 'Leichenschrei', 'Auto-Da-Fé' and the visionary 'Zamie Lehmanni' established SPK as one of the most innovative acts of the post-industrial era. Their music pushes conventional song structures, fusing machine rhythms, orchestral textures, non-Western instruments, and cinematic atmospheres years before such an approach to music became public domain.

In the wake of SPK's last live performances in the late-80s, Revell became one of Hollywood's most celebrated film composers, with a back catalogue of soundtracks for over 100 films including The Crow, The Craft, From Dusk Till Dawn, Sin City, Blow, Call Of Duty and Dune.

Now in the year 2026 - after almost 40 years of hiatus from touring - SPK is back in Europe with a brand new live show. With the help of Robert Revell, Graeme Revell takes SPK's legacy into the present, where the group's original spirit is preserved through experimentation with the latest technology, immersive visuals and a powerful new sonic architecture. This is not a reunion fueled by nostalgia, but the next chapter in one of industrial music's most influential and uncompromising artistic journeys.
