The brothers began their adventure on the Pacific coast, in the Peruvian town of Camana, located high in the Andes. From there they moved towards the Amazon. When they reached Atalaya, they switched to “Amazonian bicycles”, which resemble a catamaran, and began their journey down the river. This expedition is a test of kindred love, enormous psychological resilience and the ability to cope in demanding and unpredictable conditions. For this half-year, very dangerous expedition, David and Hubert received in 2015 the Colossus for feat of the year. The Colossus is the most important prize and the culmination of the journey that every traveler dreams of! Currently, Dawid Andres is one of the most recognizable drivers, thanks to the documentary series called “Truck by...” - his program is translated and broadcast in many countries of the world. David and I traveled, among others, the USA, Vietnam, South Africa, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Australia, Chile and now we discover “half the world” with him.
