Jarosław Szczyżowski is an experienced Sudeten guide, writer and musician. For more than fifteen years he has been leading tours around the Sudetenland, discovering for tourists forgotten corners of Lower Silesia, its history, architecture and local legends.

As a writer, he made his debut in 2024 with the novel “The Observatory”, combining elements of thriller, science fiction and horror. The book takes place in the Giant Mountains, where meteorologists from the Snezka observatory record mysterious sounds and atmospheric phenomena, leading to a series of unexplained events.

In 2025, his second novel, “Błędne Łąki”, set in the Jizera Mountains, was published. The plot focuses on the disappearance of two students of ethnology and the investigation of a journalist from Wrocław, who is trying to unravel the mystery associated with local beliefs and legends.

Both novels were published by the Sign of Literanova.
