Author's meeting with Martyna Wojciechowska

On 14 October at 5:30pm on the Small Stage of the KCK there will be a meeting with one of the most recognizable Polish journalists, travelers and reporters — Martyna Wojciechowska. The organizer of the event is the Jerzy Pilch MBP in Kielce. During the meeting we will talk about travel, books, work as a reporter and the women we met at the ends of the world. The conversation will be moderated by Magdalena Rigamonti. Free admission. Possibility to purchase books.

Martyna Wojciechowska won the Crown of the Earth, she was the first Polish woman to complete the Dakar Rally, for years she traveled the world, creating the author's series “Woman at the End of the World”. In her reports and films, she also addressed important social topics — human rights, violence, exclusion and the situation of women and children.

She is also the author of books such as “Move the Horizon. 20 Years Later” (2026), “What You Want to Tell the World” (2022), “The Big Book of Pets” (2021), “Pets of the World” (2016), “Move the Horizon” (2015) and many others. Her publications are primarily stories about extraordinary people, places and experiences that inspire you to explore the world and push your own boundaries.

Martyna Wojciechowska - journalist, traveler, reporter, social activist and author of bestselling books and documentaries. For years she has been associated with TVN television, creator of the popular series “Woman at the End of the World”, in which she presents stories of inspiring women from different corners of the globe. She is the founder of the MPUTA Foundation and the initiator of the project “YOUNG HEADS. Opening up about mental health”, working for the education and support of young people. For her social and educational activities, she was awarded many times, including the Medal of the National Education Commission in 2025.
