Historical Meeting at the Potocki Palace

We invite you to another Historical Meeting in the Potocki Palace, dedicated to unusual souvenirs related to the history of our city — commemorative medals.

The theme of the meeting will be “Occasional medals related to Międzyrzec Podlaski”. Mirosław Maraszek and Marek Okrasa will tell about sports medals, jubilee, company and other souvenirs of this type.

Each medal is not only a collector's item, but also a small fragment of the history of Międzyrzec. During the meeting, it will be possible to learn the stories related to the presented medals, as well as to find out what solutions were hidden behind the medal riddles published on the Facebook profile of the Międzyrzec Podlaski Association of History Lovers. We also encourage you to bring your own medals or badges related to Międzyrzec. Perhaps they hide an interesting story that is worth discovering together.
