“Criminal Five o'clock” is a series of meetings dedicated to the criminal stories, riddles and behind the scenes of the work of the people who deal with them on a daily basis. Each meeting is an opportunity to learn not only fascinating cases, books, but also methods and tools used in the work of experts.
This time the main theme will be handwriting — its analysis, authenticity and the role it can play in criminal cases.
The guest will be Magdalena Deuar-Partyka — graphologist, forensic expert and author of the book “Pismo jak odmirk”.
During the meeting, the participants will get to know the behind the scenes of the work of the graphologist and the forensic expert, as well as the real stories in which the analysis of the handwriting played a significant role. There will also be criminal riddles and stories about cases in which a seemingly ordinary record on paper could have become an important element of the ongoing proceedings.
There will also be practical curiosities about the handwritten signature and its protection against counterfeiting.
There will also be an opportunity to purchase a book during the event.
