ANNA SENIUK SEATED STAND-UP

screenplay, director, performance Anna Seniuk

The performance, called by Anna Seniuk, a sit-down stand-up, was created on the initiative of the actress and is a fully original stage statement, an analysis of her own artistic path and life experiences.

It's a personal and moving story about a career (which has been going on for 60 years!) and life. The performance is enriched by the poetic texts of the most outstanding Polish authors. Masterfully performed by Seniuk, these pieces take on a new, deeply human dimension.

This is a meeting with a great actress who, with grace, self-irony and humor, talks about what is most important - about love, art, loneliness and faith.

The performance is not only an artistic experience, but also an intimate conversation — smart, touching, and at the same time full of life and humor.

“Seniuk shows himself from a private side - he pulls out handwritten notes, and hangs his purse and coat on a chair. She sits in an elegant dress at the table, as if she is preparing to receive guests, as if she is leading an author's evening. Her story of life inspirations is very direct, which will convince the audience. Viewers are very happy to engage in dialogue with the actress”
