✨ What is the movie about?
This is a unique Japanese-Polish co-production based on the acclaimed debut novel by Nobel Prize winner Kazuo Ishiguro.

A young writer, Niki, visits her mother in the English countryside. Their meeting becomes an excuse to return to the painful memories of the post-war, rebuilding from the rubble of Nagasaki. In this story full of understatements and loopholes, truth is mixed with the pitfalls of human memory. The atmosphere of incredible tension is created by the phenomenal, mesmerizing photographs of Polish cinematographer Piotr Niemyjski and the moving music of Paweł Mykietyn.

The film delighted the selectors of the Cannes Film Festival and collects phenomenal reviews for its subtlety and visual beauty!

Spend this autumn evening with us in the cinematic atmosphere of Old Bielsk. Take your friends and let yourself be carried away by the big cinema.

See you at the show! 👋
