Is creativity reserved for artists and young innovators? Definitely not. Research shows that it is life experience, knowledge and diversity of experiences that can become the greatest ally of creative thinking.

About the event

Is creativity reserved for artists and young innovators? Definitely not. Research shows that it is life experience, knowledge and diversity of experiences that can become the greatest ally of creative thinking.

We invite you to an inspiring, interactive lecture, during which you will discover that creativity is not an innate talent, but a skill that can be developed throughout life. You will learn how to consciously stimulate your mind to action, break down established patterns and find new solutions with greater ease — both in everyday situations and when you face greater challenges.

This meeting combines inspiring knowledge with simple, engaging on-site exercises. No stress, no judgment, and no need to have “artistic abilities”. In a friendly atmosphere, you will find that creative thinking can be trained, and the best time to start is right now.

FREE ADMISSION

why the brain likes challenges and how life experience helps to form non-obvious associations,

how breaking daily routines supports mental fitness and stimulates creativity

how to warm up the imagination, turn off the inner critic and open up to new ideas with simple techniques,

how to generate solutions without the pressure of perfectionism and fear of judgment

how to use creativity in everyday life — when solving problems, developing passions, making decisions or building better relationships.

The program will include short, engaging micro-exercises that will show that even a few minutes of conscious training can stimulate the mind to act and look at familiar situations from a completely new perspective.

This is a lecture for all those who want to keep a fit, flexible mind, get more satisfaction from everyday life and convince themselves that creativity has no age. All you need is a little curiosity, a willingness to experiment and an openness to having a good time.

Come and discover that the greatest power of creativity is not talent, but the courage to think differently.
