The concert is a response to the requests of our Baby-Boom-Boom regulars who want to participate with their little children not only in workshops, but in a real concert. By the way, this will allow you to consolidate your favorite tunes from monthly classes. This concert is also an excellent opportunity for those who are not yet familiar with Gordon's method to see how in a creative, joyful atmosphere not only the youngest, but also their parents are made musical.

About the event

The concert is a response to the requests of our Baby-Boom-Boom regulars who want to participate with their little children not only in workshops, but in a real concert. By the way, this will allow you to consolidate your favorite tunes from monthly classes. This concert is also an excellent opportunity for those who are not yet familiar with Gordon's method to see how in a creative, joyful atmosphere not only the youngest, but also their parents are made musical.

The Gordon Method, also known as the Theory of Musical Development, was developed by the American musician, educator and music researcher Edwin E. Gordon. It is based on the belief that every human being has natural musical abilities that can be developed in a way analogous to learning a language. Here are the key elements of this method:

The principle of hearing: The method places a strong emphasis on the development of auditory skills, which is crucial for any musician. Children learn first by listening to and understanding music before they start making or playing it.
Natural learning: As in language learning, children learn music in a natural way through play, imitation and experimentation. The use of rhythmic and melodic games and exercises makes learning a pleasure.
Variety of methods: Gordon's method uses a variety of approaches, including learning by movement, improvisation, and activities that engage students in different aspects of music.
Emotional and social development: Music not only develops artistic abilities, but also supports the emotional and social development of children. Playing music together teaches cooperation, empathy and communication skills.

Please note: tickets for the concert are valid for each participant, regardless of age (unlike for workshops).
