“Dokadrowany Szczecin” — photography action and photography workshops with Instax cameras
Tickets: PLN 20 (workshop participants — free admission to the author's meeting)
“Dokadrowany Szczecin” is a photographic action that combines archival photographs of the city with a contemporary view of Szczecin.
Participants will receive small prints of archival photographs by Zbigniew Wróblewski, presented at the exhibition “This is how Szczecin looked”. Photos show the streets, squares, buildings and characteristic places of Szczecin. The task of the participants will be to find the location where the photo was taken and then create their own contemporary image of the place using the phone.
However, it is not a question of faithfully recreating the old frame. The essence of the action is its creative “framing” — showing what is today around the photographed place, the changes that have taken place in the urban space and elements that were not in the original shot.
Contemporary photographs will be printed on site in the form of Instax photos by Krzysztof Kramer from Instax Polska. The resulting works will create the exhibition “Dokadrowany Szczecin”, the opening of which will take place the next day.
An integral part of the event will also be an instant photography workshop led by Krzysztof Kramer. Participants will learn about the specifics of photography taken with Instax cameras and will be able to see for themselves what possibilities this unique form of photography offers.
18.00 Meeting around the exhibition “This is how Szczecin looked” by Zbigniew Wróblewski and the opening of the exhibition “Dokadrowany Szczecin”

The event will be accompanied by the opening of an exhibition presenting contemporary photographs created as part of the “DoKadrowany Szczecin” campaign.
