Aleksandra Przybysz's project develops the author's methodology of sonification of hyperobjects, i.e. phenomena described by Timothy Morton as phenomena with such a huge temporal and spatial scale that they remain impossible to capture entirely by human perception.

Hyperobjects include global warming and radioactive waste, among others. They all function in a temporality far beyond the horizon of human life. They are also responsible for the end of the world as we know it.

Hyperobjects weave the distant past with the distant future, make geological time take the form of a peculiar loop. They also permeate history and geopolitics, manifesting themselves, among other things, in the processes of extraction of minerals and metals necessary for the functioning of the modern world.
