Art for Seniors #36 — Felting

We invite you to the felting workshop using the “wet” technique, which has been used by man for several thousand years. During the workshop there will be an opportunity to get acquainted with the materials and the process of creation of utilitarian and decorative objects. Participants will create their own colorful creations of combed wool, which they will take home, as a result of their work. Learning the felting technique opens up a whole range of creative possibilities for people who will want to use it in the future.

lead: Małgorzata Sobczyk — a student of the University of Folk Artistic Crafts, has been conducting handicraft workshops for different age groups for 18 years. She is passionate about techniques related to colors: felting, spinning wool, weaving and creating stained glass. She enjoys nature, watching animals in the wild and walking in the woods.
