ART AND MOVEMENT/BABA — ah, how to draw it!

Drawing classes with pencil and card, during which we will interpret a female figure — beautiful, slim or with abundant shapes, in everyday, festive or sports attire. We will focus on capturing the proportions, gestures and character of the character. In addition, we have a good portion of exercises to move and flex the body, so that drawing becomes more free and pleasant.

Marzena Maya Rostkowska — educator, master of art, set designer, illustrator, graphic artist. She is a writing traveler and, with a passion for movement, a taiji and qigong instructor at the Dantian Foundation. Art and movement is her passion, which she gives attention and time, which she turns into paintings, books, movement classes and movies.

ART AND MOVEMENT

We invite seniors to active and creative encounters with art experienced by all senses. We will use meditation techniques taken from Chinese qigong gymnastics combined with artistic activities. The classes will be led by Marzena Maya Rostkowska — a teacher and master of arts by education, and a teacher of taiji and qigong instructor at the Dantian Foundation with a passion for movement.
