“The Mystery of the Sixth Dove” is a play written especially for our Theater by the playwright Malina Przesluga. It is a family story in which humor meets absurdity, surrealism intertwines with everyday life, and Częstochowa becomes the scene of extraordinary events.

The main character is the Girl with Pigeons — a character well known from the Częstochowa monument. When one of her winged companions disappears one day, a story full of mysteries, unexpected events and surprising twists and turns begins. Częstoch himself enters the action — yes, the one from the legend! Is the disappearance of the pigeon just an innocent mystery, or is it a case of a truly criminal nature? An investigation begins, and with it a journey through a world where nothing is as it seems.

In this unusual adventure, Częstochowa stories, places and symbols come to life. Among the heroes appear, among others, personified figures from the sculptures of Jerzy Kędziora, famous figures from Częstochowa benches, but this is only the beginning...

Malina Marries creates a colorful, perverse and surreal image of the city that hides more secrets than you might think.

The whole thing is completed by songs written by the author of the script, for which the music is composed by Iwona Skwarek.
