Breath

“Do you want to have a baby? He asked her in the children's department at IKEA.

The question asked during the shopping will affect the entire life of the characters by triggering a sequence of unexpected events. Quarrels, breakups, passion and sex - everything will be told in a warm and tender way. The audience will overhear an intimate conversation between two educated, sensitive middle-class people who are trying to do the right thing.

“Breath” is a direct, clear, fast and funny play, written by the outstanding British author Duncan Macmillan, who asked himself similar questions. Love is also an important theme. Do we love each other less today? What vision of this feeling does modern culture sell us?

I would like “Breath” to give breath; so that its protagonist and heroine can highlight the beauty of love, the lack of which we often feel. After all, artists only mirror reality — announces the director, Patryk Warchoł.
