The adult world is paralyzing and paralyzing. How can an ordinary teenager cope with it? How to find words that express all the emotions experienced? How do you free yourself from the pressure of other people's expectations so that you can meet your own? An account of these struggles is brought by “These Matters” — a musical monodrama about growing up and finding oneself in a constantly changing, difficult to tame reality.

About the event

The adult world is paralyzing and paralyzing. How can an ordinary teenager cope with it? How to find words that express all the emotions experienced? How do you free yourself from the pressure of other people's expectations so that you can meet your own? An account of these struggles is brought by “These Matters” — a musical monodrama about growing up and finding oneself in a constantly changing, difficult to tame reality.

The show takes place in a minimalist space that fills with the thoughts and memories of the main character. We get to know its realities — daily challenges, difficult relationships, the process of not easy but inevitable changes.

The heroine learns herself, learns her own desires and limitations, and the viewer - especially the young one - has the opportunity to feel that she is not alone with her dilemmas. The search for an individual voice joins the chorus of other voices. Different paths, but a common goal — acceptance of oneself, building authentic relationships, striving for agreement despite differences.

The show is aimed at young people and adults, recommended from the age of 14. It can be an important pretext for intergenerational dialogue. We invite both individual viewers and organized groups, including school - youth together with caregivers/teachers.
