“Theater at the Table” is a series of performative readings, during which the drama meets the acting interpretation and imagination of the audience. In the intimate space of the Alternative 21 Cafe, the word becomes the most important means of theatrical expression. Actors do not build in front of the audience a full world of the depicted - they leave room for everyone to create it in their imagination.
Each meeting is a different text, a different story and a different starting point for the conversation. After reading, there is time to stop at the drama, exchange thoughts and look at it from the perspective of a modern viewer.
