ARABESQUE DANCE THEATER “ZDUNKA WOLA”

“Arabeska Dance Theatre invites you to a unique, original dance show prepared on the occasion of the bicentennial of our city. The performance is not only an artistic celebration, but also a fairy tale about our city - about how its name came about. The inspiration for the creation of the libretto was the story of a young zdun found among local legends and fairy tales. Full of colorful adventures, the story of the brave Zdunka and his encountered friends is intertwined with the story of the birth of the name of our city ZDUŃSKA WOLA. 80 dancers of the Dance Theater will dance in the performance. Additional sensations are provided by visuals framed with unique choreography to carefully selected music. In order to fully convey the character of each scene, we prepared 268 diverse and incredibly colorful costumes for the dancers, as well as built a one-of-a-kind set design.

We invite you to a real artistic feast performed by young artists of the ARABESKA Dance Theatre in choreography prepared by Aneta Barton, Klaudia Barton, Natalia Jonczyk, Patrycja Jarosławska and Olivia Staniucha.
