Ted. Forever Rap in Helios on Stage

“TED. Forever Rap” is an uncompromising portrait of Jack “Tede” Graniecki — one of the most influential and controversial artists in the history of Polish rap. The driving force behind the film is the never-published, private archives from 1993—2002 — a priceless record of the times when hip-hop in Poland was just beginning, and Tede and his crew were at the epicenter of this revolution. After 22 years since his first visit, the artist returns to the streets of New York to face the questions in a sentimental journey: how has he changed himself, Polish rap, Poland and America? Next to Tede are Eldo, O.S.T.R., Wilku, Vienio and CNE. This is the story of a generation that entered adulthood at the turn of the century, and hip-hop became for him the soundtrack of great transformations.
