The Best Of Mietek Szcześniak — 40 years on stage

There are voices that not only amaze with their timbre, but also fascinate with interpretation — they reach the corners of the soul with the subtlety of words and the delicacy of sounds, to evoke in it a feeling of deep experience. Such voices undoubtedly belong to the voice of Mietek Szcześniak! The artist, who can create a moving, warm story from atmospheric performances, will soon perform on the police stage.

It will be an evening full of beautiful melodies, emotions and musical memories. Over forty years of stage activity, Mieczysław Szcześniak has created his own recognizable artistic language, in which pop, jazz, soul, gospel and bossanova intertwine. From each of these musical worlds he draws what best serves the story told — once he reaches for subtlety and lightness, at other times for strength and expression, but always remains faithful to his own sensibility. It is this extraordinary versatility that makes his interpretations able to surprise and give a completely new dimension to well-known works. His distinctive voice, musical awareness and ability to convey emotions allow him to build a special bond with the listener — one in which music becomes more than just sound.

During the jubilee concert, the sounds of the most important songs from the artist's rich oeuvre will flow from the stage — songs that have become part of the history of Polish music and have accompanied the listeners for years, becoming part of their personal memories. There will be no shortage of well-known works, but also those that will allow us to look deeper into the artistic world of Mieczysław Szcześniak. The jubilee concert “The Best Of Mietek Szcześniak — 40 years on stage” will be a meeting with music, memories and an artist whose voice has been telling his own stories for decades, touching the history of each of us. Beautiful melodies, warmth and emotions that remain with listeners long after the last sound has subsided, will create a subtle mood and a unique atmosphere of this event.
