After his daughter is abducted by an unscrupulous crime syndicate and the corrupt police remain inactive, Wang Wei (Xie Miao) takes her rescue into her own hands. On his search, he meets the uncompromising journalist Navin (Joe Taslim), who has been waging a personal campaign against the network since the mysterious disappearance of his wife. Driven by loss and retaliation, the two men fall into a brutal maelstrom of violence — and face an overpowering organization that leaves no witnesses.
