The Pineapple Thief

The band is headed by songwriter and producer Bruce Soord. The Pineapple Thief have developed a reputation for creating emotional, moody music that combines moving lyrics with exceptional depth of sound. With the addition of Gavin Harrison (Porcupine Tree, King Crimson), The Pineapple Thief began a new creative chapter, resulting in a series of acclaimed albums including Your Wilderness, Dissolution, Versions of the Truth and It Leads to This. During this time, the band has consistently grown its devoted fan base in Europe and North America. Their latest album, Far and Wide, shows that The Pineapple Thief continue to develop their sound, combining intimacy and emotional weight with the spatial, immersive style that has become one of their hallmarks. On stage, this contrast resonates to the fullest. Delicate, mesmerizing moments intertwine with powerful musical landscapes, and emotional compositions and exceptional instrumental artistry form the heart of each performance. After more than two decades in business, The Pineapple Thief remains a band in constant movement — they continue to grow, evolve and seek new ways to establish a unique connection with their audience.
