The Snowman In Concert

A regular highlight of Christmas in Chelsea, the Mozart Symphony Orchestra returns for its annual performance of the timeless classic The Snowman, for which the film is shown on the big screen with live symphony orchestra providing the soundtrack, including the song made famous by Aled Jones, 'Walking in the Air'. The concert also features Britain's favourite bear in Paddington Bear's First Concert — a charming piece for narrator and orchestra that sees the lovable scamp rescued from Paddington station by the Brown family and taken to a live concert. This concert is the perfect antidote to panto and a wonderful Christmas treat for all the family.

Programme: Chappell – Paddington Bear's First Concert; Blake – The Snowman (with film)

Performers: Alice Mackenzie (soprano), Philip Mackenzie (narrator/conductor), Mozart Symphony Orchestra, Malcolm Forbes-Peckham (conductor)
