Fascinated by the extraordinary Addis Ababa scene of the 60s and 70s, the musicians combine layered melodies, swirling sounds and deep rhythmics to create music that is both timeless and distinctly contemporary.
Described by DistritoJazz magazine as “one of the most innovative formations of modern ethio-jazz”, The Sorcerers take listeners on mesmerizing instrumental journeys. Their work moves freely between cosmic library funk, spiritual jazz and evocative cinematic soundscapes, creating a concert experience full of atmosphere, energy and musical imagination.
We invite you to their first concert in Poland at Jassmine!
