“Mothers of Thunder” is the title of the latest album by the Swedish rock'n'roll queens. Their seventh album will be released on Napalm Records on February 5 and is further proof that the genre is not monopolized by men. On the contrary, Thundermother show on it that they have more to say on a musical level than most bands on the stage. Swedish women feel best at concerts, which they have proven over the years, playing for, among others, Judas Priest, Kiss and Scorpions and at festivals such as Wacken Open Air, Summer Breeze or Sweden Rock.

The Karma Effect also draw on the classic, but do not attempt to recreate it one-to-one. The music of Londoners is set in the “modern vintage” trend, and the inspirations of Aerosmith, The Black Crowes and Bad Company pass through contemporary production. Their latest, third album Cruel Intentions reached the Top 40 in the UK, taking first place on the rock and indie charts. The band does not hide its ambitions and wants to play rock concerts with a momentum worthy of stadiums. In March we will check how this vision works in Warsaw's Hydrozagatka.
