Tilly Valentine

Tilly Valentine returns to PizzaExpress Live with her full live band, following her previous sold-out show with us. Praised by Glastonbury as “distinctly British and refreshing” with diverse soundscapes drifting between laid-back soul, jazz, and playful pop, the London-based independent artist has amassed millions of streams and widespread tastemaker support from the likes of BBC Radio 1, 1Xtra, 6Music, and Jazz FM.

Hailed as “Distinctly British and refreshing” (Glastonbury), rising independent artist Tilly Valentine has soothed the ears of tastemakers across BBC Radio 1 (tip of the week), BBC 1Xtra, BBC 6 Music, The Hot List, Jazz FM, and The BBC Introducing Mixtape.

Recognised by Wonderland for “truly developing her own sound", Valentine’s diverse soundscape drifts between mellow and soulful works to playful pop tracks. Having self-released a trio of EP’s, Valentine’s collaboration with edbl on their multimillion streamed love song, ‘Table for Two’, paved the way for her debut compilation album release across Japan.

The BRIT School Alumna’s “beautiful pop music” (BBC Radio 6 Music) has been heard across stages at her hometown venues O2 Academy Oxford, Truck Festival, as well as London’s prestigious Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club, Jazz Cafe, PizzaExpress Live, and support slots alongside Submotion Orchestra, Hollie Cook, Billy Lockett, Skinny Living, VC Pines, and more.

Walking a tightrope between new discovery and mass appeal, Tilly Valentine has solidified her presence in the music scene as one of the most tipped voices in the UK.
