The hot summer of 1976, Provincetown — a city pulsating with freedom, sex and energy. Young, dreaming of a career as a writer, Tony (Dominic Sessa) ends up in a seafood restaurant run by a mysterious chef (Antonio Banderas) to fix his budget.
