The Rotterdam band Tramhaus has created a completely unique rock sound, combining post-hardcore, shoegaze and punk rock in an explosive cocktail. If you have not heard of them yet, it is a mistake that you can correct at the Flea on November 25!
Tramhaus are an energetic five-man band from Rotterdam, known for their intense live shows and strong, immersive songwriting. Their sound moves seamlessly between post-hardcore, shoegaze and punk rock, creating an explosive and emotional expression that grips the audience from first to last note.
Since forming in 2020, the band has toured intensively and built up a large international audience. Their debut album 'The First Exit' was released in 2024 and was met with great enthusiasm in the Netherlands, where it was named “album of the week” by music medium 3voor12. The album additionally received airplay on BBC 6 Music, KEXP and at Iggy Pop.
Tramhaus has played an impressive number of concerts worldwide — in 2024 alone it turned into 125 shows in 22 countries. They have performed at landmark festivals such as Primavera Sound, Sziget, Lowlands, Dour and SXSW and have toured from Tromso to Istanbul and from Japan to the United States.
The band's second album, Blister, is due out October 9, 2026. The first single, Plovdiv, was released on 3 June and is the first taste of an album that once again shows Tramhaus's ability to combine raw energy, strong melodies and an unforgettable live expression.
The concert is presented in collaboration with Radar and Tapetown.
