TRIP HOP MEETS ORCHESTRA

“Trip Hop meets Orchestra” returns to Wroclaw! The Trip Hop Orchestra will perform the great classics of Trip Hop. String instruments, beat, electronics and hypnotic vocals. It's a nod to the legends of trip hop, all in an urban trance vibe. Trip hop was born in Bristol, as a genre that combines elements of hip-hop, electronics, dub and soul, standing out for its slow tempo, heavy bass and melancholic aura. The Trip Hop meets Orchestra project was born out of a fascination with this unique aesthetic and the need to present it in a new, more expanded context. By combining live orchestral instruments with electronic rhythms and distinctive samples, we want not only to pay tribute to the pioneers of the genre, but also to breathe new life into their music. During the event, strobe lights and intense lighting effects can be used. People with epilepsy and sensitive to strobe light are asked to exercise extreme caution or avoid being near the scene.
