Energetic, musical performance based on poems by Julian Tuwim.
The director of the production, Paweł Aigner, placed the action in a school classroom. The poems put together form a story in which the relationships between the students are shown. In the performance we will hear well-known poems such as “Locomotive”, “Glasses”, “Zosia Samoś” or “Słonia Trąbalski” — songs that most of us know from the cradle. They often take a musical form (the composer of the songs is Piotr Klimek), and many of them have been interpreted, in a new, surprising way.
Pavel Hubička created an unusual and very ingenious scenography, strongly acting on the imagination of the viewer. In the process of realization of this unusual art form, theater lovers joined, who for several weeks brought toys — cuddles to Banialuka.
The premiere of the show coincided with the celebration of the 100th anniversary of Poland's regaining independence and the creation of the Skamander group.
