At the foot of Magurka - I Voivodship Vocal Competition

Do you have a voice worth hearing? Or do you dream of a stage and musical adventure?

The Municipal House of Culture Straconka invites children and young people to participate in the 1st Voivodship Vocal Competition “At the foot of Magurka”!

This is a unique opportunity to showcase your vocal skills, gain stage experience and share your musical passion. The competition will also be a meeting with the beauty of classical and traditional music, inspired by the folklore of the Silesian and Żywiecki Beskids.

Two categories — lots of possibilities!

White singing — traditional folk songs of the Silesian and Żywiecki Beskids.
Classical singing — songs and arias by Polish composers inspired by folk music.

The competition is aimed at people from 7 to 26 years old, learning classical voice broadcasting or white singing.
