“Disclosure” - exhibition of Collective A5

“Disclosure” is the debut exhibition of the A5 Collective, created by five female artists. They present a collection of self-portraits of an extremely personal nature, focusing on the expressive presentation of each of them. The work was done in the technique of cyanotype - a method of traditional photography, which gives the opportunity to obtain characteristic monochrome images in shades of blue.

A5 Collective is an artistic group of five people associated with the Faculty of Art of the University of Radom. It consists of third year graphic students: Maria Burko, Ewa Kaszewska, Karolina Dorożńska, Natalia Suwała and Wiktoria Sulima. In their works, they combine the most diverse artistic media - from photographic techniques, through collages, graphics (both traditional and digital), to wood burning and tattooing. Exploring the possibilities of mixed media and those used individually by the artists, the Collective aims to experience and create art together, discover new techniques, experiment and discuss. The inspiration for the name of the group is the designation of the paper format, at the same time functioning as a kind of play on words and a reference to the composition - the five female artists.
