Danish URO makes personal diversity in VEGA

When the promising URO takes the stage in Store VEGA there will be room for both the big emotions and the perfectly good dancemoves.

For URO has a special ability to reconcile its sensitive lyrics with music that gives one the desire to celebrate life.

He writes honest lyrics in which he unites vulnerability, hope and faith. In a musical universe that offers up to dance with infectious pop productions and references to urban and hip hop.

With his distinctive vocals, he speaks in an upbeat voice, like most people, because his songs revolve around life, love and what we all feel but rarely say out loud.

With hits such as “Når jeg til jord”, “Feels Good”, “Godthåsvej” and the collaboration with Suspekt on “Thinker Ik' På Andre”, URO has proven that thoughtfulness and authenticity can still create popular impact.

The young artist broke through with the single “When I Turn to Earth” in 2020 and has been climbing safely up the ladder of success ever since.

In 2024 he was the third most played artist in Denmark, he has collaborated with the king of Danish pop Thomas Helmig, and this summer he opened Smukfests Bøgescene.

GAFFA's reviewer gave it five stars and described the Smukfest concert as full of “massive party atmosphere”.
