“Free the body” — stop for an autumn afternoon

The Wodzisława Cultural Center invites you to another meeting as part of the cyclical classes “Free the body”. The autumn edition will be an opportunity to slow down, listen to your body and take care of your own well-being. Classes will take place on Sunday, October 11 from 15:00 to 17:00 in the hall of the Wodzisławy Cultural Center.

The classes will be led by Małgorzata Karwot - a psychologist and dance instructor who combines work with the body, movement and breath. During the meeting, participants will have space to relax the body through movement, dance elements and conscious work with the breath, release accumulated tensions and find greater freedom in movement.

Autumn is conducive to stopping and directing attention inward. The workshop will be an opportunity to break away from the daily rush, calm your mind and better connect with your emotions and needs. This is a time for mindfulness, breathing and gentle listening to the signals coming from the body.

Classes are open to everyone - both beginners and those who already have experience working with the body. You don't have to be able to dance. All you need is curiosity and willingness to give yourself two hours to move, breathe and meet each other.

The cost of participation is 35 PLN. Registration is carried out by e-mail: i.sobota@wck.wodzislaw.pl until 7 October. Participants are asked to bring a mat and comfortable clothing.
