V Run for Hospice

Enrollment is underway for the V Run for the Hospice, which will take place on October 17, 2026. It's more than just a competition. This is an event where participants tell children and adults in the care of the facility that they are not alone. The University of Szczecin as a partner of the West Pomeranian Hospice for Children and Adults supports this initiative. Charity for the benefit of the wards is not an ordinary race for time or for the result. It is a symbolic gesture of hundreds of people who stand in one place and say without words: “We see you, we are with you.” Every meter you overcome turns into the care, peace and time that a hospice can give to those most in need. The University of Szczecin, promoting pro-social attitudes, has been supporting the institution's initiatives for years and is involved in fundraising, because any — even the smallest — aid is a real support for palliative patients.
