Valley of the Sun:
Valley of the Sun is a three-piece rock band formed in 2010. With a unique blend of Stoner Rock, Grunge, and Psychedelia, their sound has been compared to the likes of Fu Manchu, Kyuss, Truckfighters and Soundgarden. Celebrating the release of their latest album, “Quintessence”, they are currently on a three month tour spanning the US, UK and Europe. Vi,, a, a, a, a.

Formed in Copenhagen in 2011, Doublestone plays heavy rock with roots in 70s psychedelic rock, hard-hitting boogie and riff-borne stoner rock. The band gained early attention in the underground scene with several strong releases in 2013, including the self-titled EP, which The Sludgelord described as “a total blast from start to finish” with groovy riffs and hooks in abundance. Paranoid Hitsophrenic highlighted the EP's heavy and characterful sound, which is rarely heard in retro-rock bands.

Later that year, the debut album Wingmakers was released to wide praise and established the band's classic rock fusion. In 2017, Devil's Own/Devil's Own followed, released by acclaimed international label Ripple Music, in which the band expanded the term in a darker and more down-to-earth direction. However, the album never achieved the touring life it was intended for until the band went haywire.

After a seven-year hiatus, Doublestone is now back. With renewed energy, new material in development and a clear focus on the live format, the band is once again ready for the stage. Known for a heavy, uncompromising live sound rooted in the classic heavy rock tradition, Doublestone returns — with a clear look to the future.
