Inspired by the great jazz singers such as Ella Fitzgerald, Anita O'Day and Sarah Vaughan as well as actresses/singers such as Julie London & Marilyn Monroe, her Edinburgh Fringe Festival show “I Am Not Marilyn” received excellent reviews as did her album, "Take Away". And she’s not only performed at prestige venues across London but toured extensively in her native Italy and in Asia, where she has played at the Blue Note in both Shanghai & Beijing as well as Jazz at Lincoln Center Shanghai. For this 606 set, Viviana will present a personal selection of favourite songs, ranging from the Great American Songbook to pieces inspired by the musical traditions of Sicily.
