VOICE ACTOR

In the autumn, Noa Kurzweil will perform in the Crane Hall of the Żak Club, who in the Voice Actor project, against the background of the urban landscape, recites texts with AutoTune in the atmosphere of voice notes recorded at four in the morning. Suffice it to say that on the monumental 3.5-hour, evocatively titled album “Sent From My Telephone” we will hear snippets of Burial's “Untrue” — a legend of the London underground who has accompanied introverted partygoers on their late-night stroll for years. Kurzweil's hypnagogic riffs and timid vocals swirl through Kurzweil's work, as if stealing the hearts of fans from Dean Blunt, Joanne Robertson and more from a bedroom jam session just before. This mysterious, sensual, melancholic and sometimes even spooky atmosphere — as in Satoshi Kon's “Perfect Blue” — will be helped by the visuals accompanying the concert.
