From anti-asphalt watercolor to egg board

From pencil to paint to model making

Creative leisure time for children during the autumn holidays: Equipped with drawing materials, handcarts and field chairs, we explore the area surrounding the Berlinische Galerie together. During these trips, keep an eye out for places that seem particularly boring or unpleasant to you and draw them with various graphite pencils. In the studio, you develop colorful alternative designs to your sketches. To do this, you use various watercolor techniques, which you can use experimentally. A highlight of our workshop is a visit to the exhibition by the famous architect Josef Kaiser, a specialist in built visions of the future. Afterwards, you too can try out your own architectural ideas in three dimensions, using sustainable model making from egg boards. Present your results to your families and friends on the last day of the course!
