Launched in 1977, the twin space probes Voyager 1 and Voyager 2 began their flight to uncover the secrets of the farthest planets in our solar system. As both probes continue to navigate the vast interstellar space, they continue to transmit to Earth the data collected during their adventures, allowing us to better understand this uncharted territory.
Like two bottles thrown into the cosmic ocean, each probe is equipped with a gold-plated disc containing images, sounds, greetings and music, showing the diversity of life and culture on Earth. We hope that if some alien civilization ever finds these records, they will be able to decipher the information contained in them.
Get ready to take part in the farthest space mission in human history with the movie “Voyager: The Endless Journey”.
The film has an audio description in Polish.
Co-financed by the “Science for You” Programme of the Minister of Science and Higher Education and the Copernicus Science Centre.
