In the Music Club - Wojciech Czempli TRIO - Sensual Indie

IN THE MUSIC CLUB - WOJCIECH CZEMPLIK TRIO The culmination of the Indian month at KOK will be a two-hour, authored show by Wojciech Czemplik (violinist known among others from the band Stare Dobre Matrzejko). It is a fascinating meeting with people united by a great passion for the Orient.

In the program:

Story: An Indian episode from the life of Polish artist Stefan Norblin. Dance: A show of three classical Indian dances in traditional costumes performed by Karolina Czempik and an energetic Bollywood dance combined with a fast dance course and a saree-tying show led by Katarzyna Komin (founder of “Ole” school in Poznań). Live music: Concert of an unusual trio. Mandar Purandare, an indologist from UAM and an actor of the Polish Theatre in Poznań, will play on the stage, clarinet and flutes. He will be accompanied by Milena Handszu on jazz saxophone and Wojciech Czempli on violin. Tasting: The evening will be enhanced by a traditional Indian masala chai tea ceremony and a sweet tasting of mango lassi dessert.

Be aware of the culture! In October, 4 unique events await you - from Ayurveda, through theater and painted mandalas, to the final concert “Sensual India”.
