No comparisons, please. Comparing ourselves to others can be motivating, but very often it lowers our sense of worth. We still feel imperfect. We still think that we should do something else to be better, more perfect. We are still not moving, because I should have yet... During the workshop: — you will learn about the mechanisms that govern comparing yourself with others; — you will reach your personal source; — you will identify motivating and destructive comparisons; — you will look at the areas where destructive comparing predominates; — you will work with what inhibits your development; — you will identify areas and working methods that will allow you to let go of comparing yourself with others; — you will know the power of female energy and experience it; — you will be given the opportunity of a free individual consultation.

Conducting: Małgorzata Chołuj is a certified coach (life coach, Hellinger method system coach, art coach), consultant of readings from Kronik Akasza, Trainee Instructor of Neurography. He creates metaphorical stories, is a teacher of creative activities (painting on silk, batik, graphics, ceramics). He works with the Points of you method, the Hellinger method, the Neurography method and other metaphorical methods.

She works with women whose life spans in different areas. They don't want to feel inadequate anymore. They are ready for the new or want to find what is lost, forgotten. They want to live in harmony and harmony with each other. It helps them achieve personal well-being. She is a darning and wing sewing coach.
