Culture Workshops in Lublin invite you to meet the body during the family movement workshop “In contact with...”. It is a series of meetings during which, in a space filled with sensory objects, we will get to know our body, feel it and move freely, without forgetting to have fun and unrestrained joy. By staying in contact with the body, we will deepen the relationship of family closeness. We will also try to free our body from tensions and with the help of play strengthen our motor coordination.
